We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our outside school hours care program.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver a high-quality outside school hours care program that caters to children's diverse needs and interests.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
- Support children's emotional, social, and behavioural development through inclusive and engaging experiences.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional services every day.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- You have a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with additional needs.
- You possess relevant experience in education, child development, or inclusive programming.
- You exhibit a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
- You possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office, digital tools, and software applications.
