About the Role

Kennedy Reid is seeking a highly skilled Process and Business Improvement Specialist to join their team in the Sydney CBD. As a major regulatory body in NSW, they are looking for someone to improve their processes and manage change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map out areas of the business with gaps in processes
  • Work with employees to understand their roles and provide job descriptions and parameters
  • Collaborate with managers to understand different areas of the business
  • Suggest and implement processes to improve efficiencies
  • Understand previous systems to ensure new processes are functional
  • Map and design workflow processes

Requirements

  • Proven success in process improvement with end-to-end and autonomous management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with varying personalities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach and ability to manage anything thrown at you
