We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our Asset and Operations team. This role can be based anywhere within our operational footprint.

The Process Improvement Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end business improvement effort on projects throughout the organisation, including transformational and enterprise-wide programmes.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of processes to ensure stakeholder requirements are met, coaching process stewards in modelling and improving processes, and managing Process Analysts as required in projects within the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have extensive process improvement experience in a complex business environment, well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and be a critical thinker who can problem solve and think analytically.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Process Improvement Certification
  • Project Management Certification
