About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our manufacturing plant, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across our manufacturing plant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and best practices
  • Develop and maintain process maps, metrics, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision making
  • Work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy
  • Provide training and coaching to plant personnel on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices
