About the Role
The Space Process Improvement Lead plays a critical role in our business as we embark on a journey of transformation. This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring we continue to evolve and drive robust processes across the whole team to support new systems, new ideas, and enabling the team to grow and add greater value to the broader business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, quantify, prioritize, and drive (directly and indirectly) the implementation of business improvement opportunities across the BigW space portfolio.
- Identification, prioritization, and delivery of process and ways of working improvement to enable efficiency and ease of deliverables for the wider Micro & Macro Space team.
- Develop and implement a robust training schedule, along with the facilitation of training to the wider team.
- Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Embed business improvement capabilities, systems, and processes.
About You
- Experience in a leadership-related role within Range or Space.
- Experience in retail/FMCG preferred.
- Strong process improvement experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to draw insights from data.
