About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Asset and Operations team. This role can be based anywhere within our operational footprint.

The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end business improvement effort on projects throughout the organisation, including transformational and enterprise-wide programmes. The role will also involve managing a portfolio of processes to ensure stakeholder requirements are met, including coaching process stewards in modelling and improving processes, as well as managing process analysts as required in projects within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement efforts on projects throughout the organisation

Requirements
  • Extensive process improvement experience in a complex business environment
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop effective business solutions through process re-engineering, requirements gathering, integration analysis, and subsequent design and implementation of large-scale projects
