This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training programs, particularly in leadership skills and human resources.

You will have experience in program design or development, with a passion for excellence in client delivery.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in delivering training programs, especially leadership skills and human resources.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or relevant tertiary qualification).
  • Experience in designing and developing training programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a commercial environment.
