Training Program Developer

We are seeking an experienced Training Program Developer to create engaging learning experiences and effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Create interactive, engaging training programs and learning assets (eLearning, guides, videos, workshops) for various groups.
- Transform complex technical information into easy-to-understand learning materials through the use of digital tools and facilitator-led approaches.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing clear and consistent communication to promote awareness, participation, and adoption.
- Conduct training sessions and develop scalable, self-paced learning opportunities that meet the needs of learners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- A minimum of Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in instructional design, preferably in technology/system implementation contexts.
- Skilled in blended learning design (digital and facilitator-led), with expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, or similar.
- Able to convey complex ideas simply and clearly through effective written and verbal communication.
- Agile, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced project environments.
