Training Programs Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned training expert to join our team as a Training Programs Specialist. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs across multiple software platforms.

This role requires the ability to think strategically and develop engaging training content that meets the needs of our clients. If you have experience working with SaaS platforms and possess strong communication and presentation skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored training sessions to clients across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement structured training programs for enterprise clients.
  • Manage monthly update webinars and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Handle paid training engagements and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Execute and maintain process workflows related to training delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with SaaS platforms.
