Job Opportunity: Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery and administration of accredited training programs.

  • Develop and implement program schedules, timetables, and training plans in alignment with learner needs and accreditation guidelines.
  • Coordinate the administrative duties required to support the smooth delivery for RTO training and consulting activities.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes, including validation, moderation, and assessment validation activities.
About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies and regulations, standards, and industry requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading the delivery of accredited training programs within an RTO and a comprehensive understanding of all regulatory requirements pertaining to an RTO, including trainer and assessor PD logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall delivery and administration of accredited training programs.
  • Develop and implement program schedules, timetables, and training plans.
  • Coordinate administrative duties to support the delivery of RTO training and consulting activities.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
