Job Title: Digital Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to craft seamless and engaging digital experiences across various platforms.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user interfaces that are both functional and visually consistent.
  • Balancing hands-on design work with championing user-centred practices.
  • Ensuring our products are accessible, intuitive and aligned with both business goals and user expectations.
A Day in the Life:
  • Support UX team, Web Developers and Product Owners across varied digital projects.
  • Engage with the Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams to solve problems at scale.
  • Design static and interactive interfaces using design tools.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Figma, Lucidchart, Adobe CS, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq or other design and wire framing tools.
  • Excellent interface design skills and a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to flesh out an initial design concept from wireframe, to low fidelity prototype, high fidelity prototype and working prototype.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience across both Websites, Android, and IOS platforms.
  • Experience managing simultaneous projects, specifically website-related with requests, new requirements, management of tasks and backlog activity.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development highly desirable.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence (highly desirable).
