Job Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and be able to enhance customer experiences through data-driven insights.

This role involves working closely with the Funnel Optimisation Marketing Manager to develop initiatives that improve conversion rates for personal loan and car loan applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalised email nurture sequences and in-app prompts to improve customer messaging throughout the loan application journey.
  • Implement abandonment recovery tactics by coordinating outreach efforts to re-engage prospects who have dropped off during the application process.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly funnel performance metrics, compiling data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support the development and execution of a funnel optimisation roadmap.
  • Design and coordinate A/B tests across application flows, assisting in data collection and analysis of test results to measure performance impacts.
  • Work alongside UX/UI designers to prepare user experience insights based on research findings and customer feedback, ensuring recommendations align with optimisation goals.
  • Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and recommended adjustments for lending products.
  • Build informative dashboards that visualise funnel performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Document requirements for product enhancements, working closely with technology teams to ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
