Job Title: Digital Producer

Deliver a seamless digital experience for customers and members by developing, managing, and maintaining meaningful content across the digital ecosystem.

As a Digital Producer, you will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative digital strategies, leveraging your expertise in user experience design principles, web usability, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital experiences that meet business goals and customer needs
  • Managing and maintaining digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Providing UAT support for the maintenance and improvement of digital platforms

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of website development and CMS
  • Practical and conceptual knowledge of digital channels and platforms
  • Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
