Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class digital experience across web and app.
  • Drive digital innovation focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty and AI.
  • Lead a high-performing team using data to create engaging customer journeys and content.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years eCom experience in a high-trading large retail business.
  • Expertise in eCom trading automated data-driven dynamic always-on digital merchandising SEO UX CRO and content.
  • Previous experience leading large teams direct and cross-functional.
  • Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
