Contract Administrator Role

This is a key position in the end-to-end management of contracts on civil construction projects.

As a Contract Administrator, you'll work closely with project managers, estimators, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure commercial and contractual elements of each project are handled with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts by negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Assist with tender preparation and procurement processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, and claims to maintain financial control and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and project requirements through meticulous contract administration and risk management.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and reports to support informed decision-making.
