Project Coordinator - Infrastructure Delivery

As a Project Coordinator - Infrastructure Delivery, you will be responsible for leading project delivery teams and utilizing strategic and operational management skills to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Lead a project delivery team, driving success through effective project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Foster a positive culture within the team, promoting negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.

For this role, we require a degree or diploma/trade qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction. In addition, extensive industry experience and proven leadership and management skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in project/contract management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure/construction projects.
  • Proven leadership capability to foster a positive team culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to achieve best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention.
  • Advanced computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office, project management, and record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing policies, procedures, and guidelines for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in preparing contract documentation, technical specifications, and assessing quotes/tenders.
