Job Description:

The role of Coordinator Infrastructure Project Delivery is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading a project delivery team to achieve strategic objectives. As a member of the division's leadership team, you will report directly to the Manager Infrastructure Project Delivery and utilize your leadership, strategic, and operational management skills to foster a positive culture and manage day-to-day project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker with pragmatic yet visionary approach, self-disciplined, detail-oriented and maintaining high standards. You should be capable of fostering a positive culture, possess negotiation and interpersonal skills, challenge the status quo, and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management: Extensive experience in project management, including knowledge of project/contract management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure/construction projects.
  • Leadership: High-level leadership capability to foster positive team culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Decision-Making: Decision-making, facilitation, problem-solving skills to achieve best practices.
  • Qualifications: Degree or diploma/trade qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction, along with extensive industry experience.
Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $116,412 to $124,121 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
