Roster management is a critical function within an organization, and the Rostering Governance Lead plays a vital role in ensuring its effective operation.

Job Description

The Rostering Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing the configuration of the AV Rostering system, including managing codes, shift tags, leave codes, certifications, crewing IDs, and other critical system elements. This involves ensuring alignment with approved business cases and conducting periodic audits to verify adherence to standards.

The incumbent will develop standard processes for data analysis and reporting, as well as lead the development, governance, and monitoring of policies and procedures for rostering system changes. Compliance with established naming conventions and business rules is essential to maintaining system consistency, integrity, and usability.

About the Role
  • This is a strategic position that requires strong leadership skills to ensure objectives are achieved through managing, developing, and guiding others.

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification, along with high-level relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience.

A demonstrated track record of experience in system governance, configuration management, or similar equivalent is required. Proficiency in UKG Workforce Manage Pro system, particularly in backend configurations, is also necessary.

Leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement processes, guidelines, and training programs are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively manage and guide team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
