We are seeking a Lead Rosters Governance role to provide strategic governance and effective management and maintenance of the AV Rostering system for our Operational Logistics Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Burwood in line with our hybrid working model.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain backend system configuration, including codes, shift tags, leave codes, certifications, crewing IDs, and other critical system elements, ensuring alignment with approved business cases and budgets
- Conduct periodic audits and review of the rostering system to verify the adherence to the standards and identify areas for improvement
- Develop standard processes (including requesting, sharing, defining, producing and using data) to ensure clear and controlled engagement with internal customers for data analysis and reporting
- Lead the development, governance, monitoring and awareness of policies and procedures for the management of rostering system changes with the Rosters Senior Lead and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with established naming conventions and business rules to uphold system consistency, integrity and usability
**About you**
be considered for this position you will possess a post graduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience. Other requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience in system governance, configuration management, or similar equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of UKG Workforce Manage Pro system, with experience in backend configurations
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes, guidelines, and training programs
- Leadership skills to ensure objectives are achieved, through managing, developing and guiding others to achieve objectives, including the ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities**

This position is classified **AV5** under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
