Job Description

This role oversees the management and maintenance of the rosters system, ensuring alignment with business standards and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage Backend Configurations: Ensure accurate and timely configuration of backend systems, including codes, shift tags, leave codes, certifications, and crewing IDs.
  2. Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits and reviews of the rostering system to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
  3. Develop Standard Processes: Create clear and controlled processes for data analysis and reporting, ensuring effective engagement with internal customers.
  4. Lead Governance and Compliance: Develop, govern, and monitor policies and procedures related to rostering system changes, working closely with stakeholders.
  5. Ensure Consistency and Integrity: Maintain system consistency, integrity, and usability by enforcing established naming conventions and business rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate Degree or Equivalent Certification
  • High-Level Relevant Experience
  • System Governance, Configuration Management, or Similar Equivalent Experience
  • UKG Workforce Manage Pro System Experience, Including Backend Configurations
  • Leadership Skills and Ability to Develop and Implement Processes
