We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the governance and effective management of our AV Rostering system for Operational Logistics. This Full Time, Permanent position involves maintaining a presence at Burwood as per our hybrid working model.

About the Role

This position reports to the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing and includes responsibilities such as:

  • Managing backend system configuration, ensuring alignment with business cases and standards
  • Conducting periodic audits and reviews of the rostering system to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing standard processes for data analysis and reporting
  • Leading the development, governance, monitoring, and awareness of policies and procedures for rostering system changes
  • Ensuring compliance with established naming conventions and business rules

Requirements

To be considered, you will have a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward), along with high-level experience in system governance, configuration management, or similar fields. Other requirements include knowledge of UKG Workforce Manage Pro system and experience in backend configurations.
