The Role:
\This role is an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic and progressive team as an HR Generalist Coordinator. You will be supporting the HR Manager in a supportive team environment, utilizing your above-average organization, administration, and time management skills.
\\
Responsibilities:
\- \
- Maintain information systems and manage employee files\
- Work with managers to assess training needs - coordinate and review the training process\
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff\
- Coordinate and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process\
- Update policies and procedures\
- Coordinate staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives\
- Work with management in development, strategy, and change management\
- Industrial relations administration and staying up-to-date with legislation\
\
Skills/Experience:
\To be successful, you will have an independent mindset, the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a team player, and possess above-average communication skills with a keenness for continual learning. A minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role is preferred, however, graduates with some previous office or HR exposure may also be considered.
