Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie, providing high-quality care to our clients in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation that prioritises the well-being of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised plans to promote independence and restore functional abilities in our clients.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to our clients.
- Utilise your clinical expertise to empower older people to remain living in the community, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care and community-based services.
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including community-based settings.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home.
