About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Physiotherapist with BaptistCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in the community
  • Provide physiotherapy interventions and education to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services

About You

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Proven experience working in community-based physiotherapy settings, preferably in aged care
  • Strong understanding of health and well-being models, including reablement and restorative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
