Job Title:

Business Development Associate

About the Role:

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Specialist Team and Marketing, to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and prospective customer contact status in CRM
  • Actively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals
Requirements:
  • Appropriate degree qualifications with relevant work experience - preferably in the Sales or Business Development field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development within a prominent organization where structured sales and consultative selling approaches are used
  • Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential
  • Demonstrated performance against sales objectives
  • Experience and training in account management and client relationship development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to various audiences
  • Highly developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, Database, etc.
  • Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of market trends and competitor activity
