Assistant Boutique Manager Job

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Boutique Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a dynamic retail environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and stock management. You will also be expected to inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager role within a similar retail business. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be a strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

You will be responsible for upholding brand standards and ensuring a seamless, customer-first experience. This includes supporting the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes, as well as contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager role within a similar retail business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
