Delivering exceptional customer service is at the forefront of this role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will process customer requests accurately, adhering to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining accuracy across multiple systems will be essential to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
  • You will foster strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within commercial contracts will be a key aspect of this role.
  • You will adhere to Health, Safety, and Cybersecurity policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, is required.
  • You must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally is essential.
  • You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and web-based systems is necessary.
  • You must be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Customer Engagement or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills are essential.
