Transformation HR Specialist

Job Overview:
Tandem Partners is seeking a seasoned Transformation HR Specialist to join their team. This 18-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to work on an enterprise-wide transformation initiative, focusing on leadership development and cultural change.
The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience, with a focus on leadership and culture change, as well as experience in transformation or project environments. They should be able to design and deliver leadership programs, collaborate with teams to assess leadership needs, and facilitate leadership workshops to promote excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive leadership programs to drive cultural change and excellence.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with leadership and project managers to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess program impact and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to ensure continuous excellence.
