HR Transformation Partner

The Next Step, a globally recognised organisation, is undergoing a significant HR transformation to unify and streamline operations across regions. Our Australia and New Zealand HR team plays a key role in this transition, focusing on establishing Centres of Excellence to strengthen HR capabilities and enhance partnership with the business.
We are committed to driving impactful HR support throughout the region, reporting directly to the Head of HR APAC based in New Zealand.
About the RoleIn this newly created role, you'll partner closely with line managers, focusing on day-to-day HR operations and employee relations to maintain an engaged, well-supported workforce. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this role allows you to operate at the core of our HR team's efforts, supporting line-level management.
This is an urgent hire as we approach the end of the year, and we are ideally looking to have someone onboard before Christmas to ensure continuity and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational HR support and partnership to line managers, focusing on employee relations, engagement, and foundational HR tasks.
- Offer guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee support, maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Assist in implementing HR processes and contributing to a positive, responsive HR environment in a dynamic, change-oriented setting.
- Work closely with the Senior HRBP to support an evolving HR structure and contribute to our company's transformation objectives.
You are a motivated HR professional with solid experience in employee relations and HR operations, ideally within a change-driven environment. You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy engaging with managers to support operational HR needs.
Your proactive, adaptable approach will be essential as our organisation continues its HR transformation journey.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
