About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Westpac Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor business operating model designs, including implementation and embedding of frameworks to ensure business alignment with the Operating Model.
  • Work with stakeholders to consult around design and business support, using consulting and business engagement skills.
  • Manage activities consistent with the Group strategy, policy, and framework, leveraging extensive understanding and capability in Operating Models.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Workforce Design Specialist in a Consulting or Financial Services-based role, including strategic redesign. Demonstrable experience across Job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model is essential. Familiarity with Workforce Design and Orgvue usage, as well as diagnostic tools, is also required.
