We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to support our HR systems transformation project. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge initiative that will revolutionise our HR processes and contribute to a large, long-running program of work.

Job Summary:

This role involves working through initial discovery and mapping current state processes for all job functions across all business divisions. You will create detailed process maps and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure all project objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Initial Discovery and Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document current state processes for all job functions across all business divisions.
  • Requirements Traceability: Create detailed process maps and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure all project objectives are met.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Analyse and document business requirements for HR modules including Payroll, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Rewards.
  • Functional and Non-Functional Specifications: Develop functional and non-functional specifications for the HR system.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Workforce Management systems is essential for this role.
  • Excellent skills in writing functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and requirements traceability.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A working understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
Preferred Tools and Technology Experience:
  • Experience with enterprise workforce management systems and/or HR modules in major ERPs.
  • Payroll systems experience such as ADP, UKG, Kronos, etc.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide solutions to complex problems. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
