About the Role

We are seeking an HR Transformation Lead to join our team at SafetyCulture. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering targeted development opportunities and coaching leaders to set clear expectations, drive high performance, and address underperformance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strong Leaders: Collaborate with leaders to develop strategic plans, deliver targeted training, and coach them to achieve their goals.
  • Create Learning Experiences: Design onboarding and development experiences that help new leaders quickly integrate and deliver impact.
  • High-Impact Projects: Design programs, share insights, and build systems and processes that reflect our culture and boost performance.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
