Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design process, ensuring that our solutions are user-centered, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps.
  • Create and evolve design artifacts, from user journeys to detailed wireframes and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer for 6+ years.
  • 1+ year team leadership / management experience preferred.
  • Technology and/or health industry experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools is highly desirable.
