We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud professional to join our team in supporting Suncorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing functional test cases across various Oracle HCM modules, maintaining comprehensive testing evidence and documentation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM configurations, with experience in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed functional test cases and relevant test data for assigned Oracle HCM modules.
  • Execute functional testing activities as directed by the Suncorp Test Manager / Test Lead.
  • Maintain comprehensive testing evidence and documentation.
  • Regularly update the Test Management Tool (e.g., Zephyr) with progress and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
