Finance Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial budgets, statements, cash flow analysis, accrual accounting and costing.
  • Liaise with external auditors to assist with regulatory audit requirements.
  • Coordinate material costing, determine fixed costs and record variables.
  • Prepare data for annual budgets and track expenditure against targets.
  • Utilise large-scale ERP systems to raise jobs and create bills of materials.
  • Analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts to understand cost drivers.
  • Submit statutory reports including GST, FBT and group tax.
  • Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification.
  • Ideal CA/CPA (or equivalent) completion.
  • Excellent technical and cost accounting capabilities.
  • 5+ years experience in similar role.
  • Background in Manufacturing / Inventory essential.
  • Experience working in smaller/growing businesses beneficial.
