Home Lending Specialist

 

As a Home Lending Specialist, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working closely with customers to meet their comprehensive banking needs.

Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or supporting seasoned investors, your integral part is to facilitate a seamless lending journey and drive growth.

This dynamic and impactful role involves:

  • Establishing a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying process using our CRM.
  • Providing expert guidance to customers throughout the lending process, ensuring peace of mind as they work towards achieving their goals.
  • Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and prepare customers for long-term financial success.
  • Fostering strong connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.
  • Embracing continuous learning and professional development through on-the-job training and other opportunities.
  • Nurturing connections that benefit both customers and the wider community.

Key requirements for success include extensive experience in customer service or sales, a deep understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, and highly developed credit analysis skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Samford, requiring a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
