Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include providing timely support across HR administration, reporting, and internal communications.

This role involves assisting with recruitment, including advertising, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing onboarding processes, supporting induction and probation review workflows.

Accurate employee records and documents using our HRIS (ELMO) is a must.

Maintaining staff training and learning & development tracking is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years' experience in generalist HR, recruitment, or HR admin roles.

A relevant qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience supporting recruitment activities is highly desirable.
