Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist in the smooth running of high-end VFX feature film projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient flow of information, maintain databases with current element and shot statuses, coordinate dailies, take detailed notes, and manage the flow of materials to and from clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines. They will have a good knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions. Additionally, they will be experienced in coordinating and running review sessions (dailies), proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with FTP software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure artists understand their schedules and relay information to the production and supervision teams.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and elements between artists and departments.
  • Maintain databases with current element and shot statuses.
  • Coordinate dailies and take detailed notes.
  • Manage the flow of materials to and from clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of production experience on high-end productions.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing timelines.
  • Good knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions.
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Knowledge of FTP software.
  • Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Aptitude for learning new software.
