Film Production Specialist

As a senior production coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of high-end visual effects film projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain databases with up-to-date element and shot statuses
  • Coordinate daily reviews and take detailed notes
  • Ensure efficient information flow to and from clients

You will work closely with artists to ensure they understand their work schedules and relay information back to the production team. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, proactive, and able to deliver under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in film production on high-end productions
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing project timelines
  • Good knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline and relevant departments
  • Experience coordinating review sessions (dailies)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with databases and FTP software
  • Degree or equivalent education
  • Aptitude for learning new software
