As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of high-end VFX feature film projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the production and supervision teams, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.

You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, relaying information to the production and supervision teams, and managing the flow of materials between artists and departments.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of production experience on high-end productions
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing timelines
  • Good knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with databases
  • Knowledge of FTP software
  • Diploma or equivalent education
  • Aptitude for learning new software
