Film Project Coordinator

The primary objective of the Senior Production Coordinator is to oversee the efficient operation of high-end VFX feature film projects.
Key responsibilities include facilitating information and element exchange between artists and departments, maintaining databases with up-to-date element and shot statuses, coordinating dailies, and documenting detailed notes.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum 5+ years of production experience on high-end productions, proven track record of meeting deadlines, adaptability in response to changing timelines, knowledge of the VFX Feature Film production pipeline, and experience in coordinating and running review sessions.
Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, ability to work with databases, knowledge of FTP software, and relevant education or diploma. Additionally, experience with Shotgun software, HTML/Wiki skills, and knowledge of Filemaker are desirable.
