Requirements:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualification, and admission to practice in Australia.
  • Experience in-house, preferably with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess risk quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts effectively.
  • Telco or ASX-listed company experience is highly desirable but not essential.
