The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, be resourceful, and coachable. They should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, articulate ROI, and possess solution selling abilities. Additionally, they must be able to handle objections, plan, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving the go-to-market strategy in their territory
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Consultative selling experience and solution selling abilities
- Ability to articulate ROI and handle objections effectively
