Bridge Engineering Specialist

This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to develop bridge engineering capability across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in delivering high-quality designs, documentation, and project requirements.
- Oversee contract negotiations, variations, claims, and commercial disputes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and project management on multi-disciplined projects, ensuring compliance with business systems.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, fostering a strong network of contacts and partnerships.
- Mentor and develop technical staff, providing guidance and support for career growth.
- A degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Bridge Engineer, recognized by clients at state level.
- Strong understanding of design and analysis of bridges and civil structures, including Australian Standards.
- Ability to lead or direct a team of technical staff, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
