Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Cluster Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring minimal disruption to clients.

  • This role is based at our Kingsgrove Head Office, with regular travel to other locations.
  • The contract is fixed-term until 10 April 2026.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing SIL accommodation and leading teams. They will also possess strong risk management skills, integrity, and courage in managerial decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC.
