About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide teams to excel in achieving goals aligned with industry standards and organisational mission.
  • Mentor Site Managers, supporting their growth and facilitating the implementation of annual work plans.
  • Travel to homes within your cluster and maintain safe, supportive environments and strong client support networks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDISWC and WWCC.
  • Strong risk management skills, inspiring confidence.
  • Integrity and courage in managerial decisions.
