Job Description
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for guiding teams to excel in achieving participant-focused goals, aligned with industry standards and organisational mission.
Lead Site Managers in their growth and facilitate the implementation of annual work plans.
Travel to SIL homes within your cluster and maintain safe, supportive environments and strong client support networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC.
