Job Overview

The ADF Rehabilitation Consultant role involves developing and implementing rehabilitation plans for clients. This includes providing ongoing support as they return to work or source new employment.

Main Responsibilities
  • A holistic care approach is taken, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the client's journey from rehab to healing.
  • Functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments are performed depending on clinical expertise.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders including employees who have suffered injury, illness or trauma, medical specialists and treatment providers is key.
  • Report writing, reviewing medical files and maintaining case notes through high-quality case management services is essential.
