Role Description:

We're on the hunt for passionate, skilled professionals ready to make a real difference. If you're a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist, we want you on our team In this contract role, you'll provide occupational rehabilitation services for high-impact schemes like WCQ, DVA, DVA WASP, Comcare, ORAMS, and offer vital case management and return-to-work support. Your expertise will drive life-changing outcomes through assessments, tailored rehabilitation plans, and close collaboration with a network of dedicated professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in your discipline with a minimum of 1-3 years of specific experience
  • At least 1-3 years in the occupational rehabilitation industry
  • 1+ year working with military personnel, first responders, or similar groups
  • Experience in complex case management (1+ year)
  • Mental Health First Aid training (or willingness to complete)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Comcare accreditation
  • DVA occupational rehabilitation experience
