We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of military personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing holistic care approaches to support individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Conducting assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborating with employees, medical specialists, and other treatment providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that cater to individual needs and goals.

You'll be supported through an extensive onboarding process, including shadowing and mentoring, to help you develop your technical knowledge and expertise.
